That a person who lacks a cognitive homeland and lives off the intellectual production of others. In other words, the nation whose intellectual capacity and self-awareness are taken away creates a continuity of slavery and colonialism around itself to dominate its resources and is drained of its will.

Self-knowledge constitutes the first tool to break the chains surrounding slavery and colonialism. And thereby to break free from the cycle of cognitive displacement. The silent dialogue I present under the influence of factors of physical displacement is that I observe how intellectual displacement has transformed into devastating wars across the African continent. And how our systematic systems, which are directly related to the environment and nature, have collapsed under the ongoing  cultural alienation invasion. Art is not so much a way out of conceptual displacement as it is a process of framing and contextualising what systems of cultural hegemony and neo-environmental colonialism produce as an alternative to histories of slavery.

( I attempt to visualise a world that evolve in its cultural diversification, despite the created rolls, that is mapping the political qualification but the matter of life and the continuities of creativity that aiming to search in all forms of possibilities. I acknowledge as an artist of African origin, in spite to my recent diaspora, I am in a constantly interaction with my African identity. For me it elaborate som sorts of cognitive memories that evoke mythical and superstitious that could help to understand the missing part of the circle.)
